Analysis and planning in one system

Drill-down from highest level to scanned invoices

A user can analyse his or her activities quickly, intuitively and easily. With the drill-down technology, you can mark one or several optional report lines or colums that you would like to divide into such things as cost per product, sub unit, account or individual transaction. An invoice scanning system can be also connected, so that the transaction’s underlying invoice also can be displayed.

Homepage and reports with dashboard functionality

The homepage and reports in Mercur Business Control can be used to present various types of tables, graphs, speedometers and similar. Each user can define his or her layout and decide what shall be displayed.

Report distribution with e-mail

With the built-in report distributor, the system administrator can e-mail files with report packages to the users. This can also be scheduled so that, for example, on the fifth workday of the month, a particular user receives a file which contains a set of the previous month’s reports and diagrams. In this way, one can easily provide users with pre-defined report packages without increasing the administrator’s workload.

Spontaneous graphics provide better decision-making information

Each user can make spontaneous graphic analyses in reports easily and quickly. By marking a selection in a displayed report and pressing the system’s graphics button one can quickly change between various types of diagrams to get a better overview.

Scorecards with financial ratios for management by objectives with various perspectives

Using scorecards, the company can present an overview of business-critical information and manage objectives from different perspectives: financial, customer, process, personnel, environmental and much else.

Deviations in the scorecards can be visualised with speedometers, traffic lights or similar. One can then continue to analyse with drill-down to see details behind the various deviations in the same way as in reports.

Integration with Microsoft Office, etc

The user can export a selection or an entire report or diagram to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, an e-mail message or to a PDF-file, simply by pressing a button.
