Mercur’s partner programme contains the partner categories given below. All categories include training and access to material for sales and implementation. The partner programme is intended to enable the partner to sell and implement complete solutions based on Mercur Business Control quickly and efficiently. Becoming a Mercur partner provides the opportunity of selling and implementing a market-leading, tried-and-tested, efficient solution for operational control and decision support.
Distributors market and distribute complete solutions based on Mercur Business Control. They look after sales, implementation and support. A partnership can be local, regional or global depending on the size of the partner and its geographic coverage. Mercur uses distributors primarily in markets or sectors where we do not have a presence ourselves.
Consultancy organisations, including system integrators, which deliver application consulting and related implementation, integration and training services. These companies supplement Mercur through delivering special expertise and services to our customers.
Software and technical partners
Mercur can expand its offerings with integrated software from local or global software and technical suppliers. This gives our customers the opportunity of supplementing Mercur’s solutions with other “best-of-breed” solutions. Our customers are given a guarantee that these joint solutions will function problem-free.
