  Alcro-Beckers

  Mercur supports budgeting, forecasting and operational analysis of about 250 cost centres in Alcro-Beckers. The input, data which was previously in Excel, looks much the same in Mercur, but has been expanded with new functionality such as “drill-down”, note management, allocation keys and automatic calculation of depreciation on new investments.

  IVT

  IVT is a leader in Europe within the area of heat pumps, and for over 30 years has developed technology which reduces energy use to the benefit of the environment. Mercur Business Control is used to produce monthly sales forecasts for the marketing department, which are subsequently broken down and support the production planning of capacity and inventory levels. The system, which is integrated with the Jeeves business system, is also used for cost budgeting and follow-up and to produce data for weekly follow-ups with the CEO, marketing, production, logistics and finance.

  Korsnäs

  In Korsnäs, Mercur Business Control is integrated with the Microsoft Dynamics (Axapta) business system, and is primarily used for cost follow-up against budget and against the previous year’s results by about 150 users at department, business area and total levels. Through connection to the eFlow invoice scanning system, users can make in-depth analyses down to transaction level and display the scanned invoice on the screen.
