Uddevallahem chose Mercur Business Control 6 for budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis. The system will initially be integrated with the ERP system Balans and the invoice scanning system Readsoft.
Uddevallahem owns and manages approximately 4.300 apartments, 500 offices, garages and parking facilities in Uddevalla and Ljungskile with a total residential and office space of approximately 300.000 square meters. In 2009, Uddevallahem had a rental income of about 28 MEUR and about 70 employees.
