Fully integrated contract portfolio for Loomis with Mercur Business Control

A central part of the control and monitoring for 150 Mercur users at Loomis is the contract portfolio which is fully integrated with Mercur Business Control. Which makes it possible to monitor the revenue and price changes per agreement, customer and product.

Loomis also uses Mercur for analysis of the fixed assets ledger and the balance sheet, and for budgeting and rolling three-month forecasts. The integration with the electronic invoice handling system IBS Attest makes it possible to display scanned invoices in Mercur’s transaction mode.

Mercur is used in 6 countries across Europe: Sweden, Finland, UK, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria, all with different sources systems but common reporting standars.

Mercur has allowed us to disseminate large sets of data within meaningful reports to stakeholders almost instantly. Each report provides detailed drill-down capabilities to spin the analysis to look at the data from differing viewpoints.
