Any experience in business development or inside sales is a distinct advantage but training will be provided
Any experience gained with a business intelligence or performance management vendor is a distinct advantage
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce.com or other CRM is an advantage
Demonstrated work ethic and consistent track record of over achievement including initiative in prospecting calls
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence without authority
Ability to adapt, contribute and succeed in a fast paced, rapidly changing, early-stage company environment
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
What you’ll be doing:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for qualifying marketing leads and prospecting into a well-defined set of corporate accounts. Working closely with the account directors you will call into companies to identify individuals who are facing financial reporting, budgeting and planning challenges which are suited to our solutions.
To be successful as an inside sales representative you make things happen and deliver results. With your energetic presence you feel comfortable on the phone and highly motivated to contact prospects via multiple methods in order to achieve your goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly & annual quota
Support a variety of outbound marketing programs
Develop qualified leads by researching, profiling, cold calling, and networking targeted companies/contacts
Be comfortable and proficient in identifying key decision makers across various organizations inside our ideal customer profile and uncovering the compelling events that will drive qualified opportunities for our sales organization
Be confident in positioning our value proposition from the operator level to the executive level
Manage a large and growing database of leads in HubSpot, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline
Transition qualified leads to the appropriate regional Account Director
